Terms, privacy and community rules

Alpha release · Updated 4 October 2026 · Operator: Nodora, Australia

Nodora is a social platform with cosmetic rewards and community features. Posts, charts, news, launch listings and promotions are not financial advice, recommendations or an endorsement. No return, token value, safety or investment outcome is promised.

Terms of use

These terms describe use of the Nodora beta. You must be at least 18 to purchase items or promotions, control the wallet you use, and comply with laws that apply to you. Keep your account secure and use accurate information when a feature asks for it. You are responsible for your posts, messages, links and transactions.

You retain rights to your content. By posting, you allow Nodora to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the platform, including previews and sharing links. Only upload material you have the right to share. Public content may be copied by others or indexed outside this service.

Nodora may remove content, restrict accounts or moderate Spaces for breaches of these rules, spam, fraud or abuse. Space owners and moderators can also enforce their published rules. Contact the administrator to question a moderation decision.

Market and news data come from other providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. External links, wallets and launch platforms are separate services with their own terms. Review those services and transaction details yourself. Nodora does not hold your wallet keys, execute trades for you or guarantee external services.

Alpha features may change or be unavailable. Paid entitlements are digital features within Nodora, not ownership of Nodora or a financial asset. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. These terms are governed by Australian law, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Material updates will be dated here.

Information used

Sponsored Home cards

Home may include clearly labelled Sponsored cards from reviewed crypto-related sponsors or promoted launches. Sponsor topics are matched within your browser to public posts currently shown; private messages, wallet holdings and private community conversations are not used for this matching. Direct sponsor cards do not load an advertising network or tracking pixels. If Nodora enables an approved Google AdSense account, third-party network ads may load in the public guest Home feed. Google may receive ordinary browser information and use cookies or other storage under its consent settings. Network ads do not load in signed-in member feeds or private chats. Google’s displayed privacy controls manage applicable ad consent. Opening a sponsor link takes you to that website, whose own privacy practices apply.

We count a sponsor card visible for at least one second, once per reader per campaign each UTC day. Your signed-in user ID, or the existing random browser identifier used for promotion measurement, is hashed with the day to prevent duplicate counts. Sponsors are not given reader identities. Duplicate-prevention records are scheduled for deletion after eight days; aggregate campaign totals are retained.

Post analytics

We count public post impressions and expanded views, once per reader per post per UTC day. A random browser identifier stored locally, or your signed-in user ID, is hashed on the server for duplicate prevention. Authors with active Plus see aggregate counts, never reader identities. Duplicate-prevention records expire after 31 days; aggregate totals are retained for account analytics. Individual post analytics require the post to remain available. Your signed-in activity on your own posts is excluded.

How it is used and shared

GIF search queries are sent to GIPHY. Selected GIFs load from GIPHY’s servers, which receive network information needed to deliver them. Existing Wikimedia Commons GIFs remain supported.

We use this information to operate accounts, publish content, personalise feeds and news, deliver notifications you select, verify payments and ownership, provide support and prevent abuse. Public profile cards, posts, public Space information, pinned NFT links, launch listings and mining setups you save for display on Mining posts are visible to others. Your email, private preferences and direct messages are not published as part of your profile.

Nodora uses Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, database and server functions, and Stripe for card and wallet payments and subscription management. Market data, news, GIF searches, wallet connections and NFT artwork can involve external providers, including CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, news publishers, Wikimedia and Solana RPC or IPFS/Arweave gateways. When your browser loads third-party content, that provider can receive ordinary request information such as your IP address. These providers may process information outside Australia, including the United States. Their own privacy practices also apply.

Nodora operators and service providers with authorised system access can access stored information to maintain the service, investigate abuse or respond to lawful requests. Space moderators can access their members-only chat and relevant moderation records. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be erased or reversed by Nodora.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, remove your posts and pinned NFTs, unfollow accounts, leave Spaces, block people, change feed settings and disable push notifications through your browser. Linking a wallet is optional. Bits gifts credit the creator’s Bits balance without a receiving address. USDC gifts transfer the creator share to their configured Solana receiving address. Current and legacy USDC payment records can include receiving addresses and public transaction signatures. A receiving address you type is not proof that you own it.

Contact Nodora to request access, correction or account/data deletion, or to make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify that the account is yours. Data is kept while needed to provide the service, handle purchases and disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Removal from the app does not erase copies held by recipients, external caches, provider backups or public blockchains. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for those systems.

If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.

Founding status, referrals and community events

Founding 100 and Early 1,000 status follow server-allocated account creation order, including existing accounts. Displayed counts reflect actual allocations. Referral rewards are granted once per milestone only for newly invited accounts with verified email, activity on two separate UTC days and a post or reply. Self-invites, existing accounts, suspended accounts and manipulated activity do not qualify. Rewards are badges, account cosmetics or 30 days of Plus, not cash or tokens. A referral Plus grant changes access duration only; it does not cancel, refund or change an automatically renewing subscription.

Invite attribution, qualification records, selected interests, watchlist choices, preferences, event RSVPs and community ownership applications are stored to provide these features and prevent duplicate rewards. Founding rank and earned public cosmetics may appear on your public profile. Email addresses, invitee identities and RSVP lists are not exposed through public pages. Event and relevant-news notifications require your opt-in; news alerts are limited to one relevant briefing per UTC day. You may change your preferences and withdraw an RSVP.

Community ownership verification requires manual review of a public proof link and confirms control of a community account, not identity, investment quality or endorsement. Hosts are responsible for their event descriptions, dates and external meeting links. Weekly events repeat at the same UTC time, which can shift local time around daylight-saving changes.

Public share cards can be cached by external websites. Changes or deletion may take time to disappear from those caches. Only public posts and public communities are eligible.

Community rules

Use a post’s options menu to report abuse. The Plus tick indicates an active paid membership; it is not identity verification, expertise or an endorsement.

Nodora Plus

Personal Plus can be purchased for 5 Bits for 30 days, or as an explicitly selected Stripe subscription at US$5 per month. The Stripe subscription renews and charges automatically until canceled through Manage Stripe billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access from a successfully paid invoice continues to the end of its paid period. A 30-day Bits purchase does not renew automatically. Space Plus is a separate one-time 10-Bit purchase.

The badge, advanced analytics, ad-free Home feed and 25% creator share require active Plus. Sponsored Home cards and paid launch placements are hidden while Plus is active; community posts, news and browsable Launchpad listings remain available. When access expires, new gifts use the standard 20% share. The platform owner has permanent Plus. A badge is not identity verification or an endorsement.

Bits and digital purchases

Bits are internal spending credits used within Nodora. One Bit buys a digital item priced at one USDC. Bits are not USDC, a blockchain token or an investment, and Nodora does not offer cash withdrawal or token conversion. Initial packs contain 10, 25, 50 or 100 Bits at US$10, US$25, US$50 or US$100. Review the final amount and any applicable tax at checkout.

Stripe processes card and supported wallet payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Nodora credits Bits only after verifying the payment. If confirmation is delayed, check the same purchase again rather than paying twice.

If a top-up payment is refunded or disputed, its associated Bits can be deducted or held. Already-spent credits can leave a negative balance that must be replenished before further spending. A payment fraud alert can suspend spending or affected subscription access while reviewed. Contact support for payment mistakes, unavailable purchases, refunds or disputed adjustments. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that apply by law.

USDC payments on Solana

Where offered on the website, purchases can also use USDC on Solana. Wallet network fees are additional. Check the network, token, destination and amount before approving. Existing crypto reward orders retain the creator split shown when those orders were prepared. Blockchain payments cannot be automatically undone; this does not remove applicable consumer rights.

Launch listings link to third-party platforms. Nodora does not create or sell listed tokens. Never send a private key, seed phrase or card details to Nodora support.
