What are Bits?

Bits are internal spending credits for Nodora. One Bit buys an item priced at one USDC. They can be used for digital avatars, Plus access, username-change credits, profile backgrounds, Launchpad promotions and creator gifts.

Website top-ups use Stripe. Packs contain 10, 25, 50 or 100 Bits for US$10, US$25, US$50 or US$100. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported by your device and the payment configuration. Credits appear after payment is verified.

Bits are not USDC, a cryptocurrency, a deposit or an investment. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or converted into USDC or tokens. A possible future Nodora token is a separate proposal, with no promised Bits conversion.

Choose Bits or USDC for a gift

Post gifts cost 0.25, 1, 3 or 10 Bits, or the same numeric amount in USDC. Select a gift, review its price and choose the payment currency. A gift appears on the post and the author’s profile after payment is verified.

A Bits gift spends the sender’s Bits balance and credits the creator’s share as Bits. No receiving wallet is needed. A USDC gift uses a verified Solana payer wallet and sends the creator’s share in USDC to their configured Solana receiving address. Network and token-account fees are additional.

If the creator has no receiving address configured, choose Bits. USDC gifts do not also credit Bits. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into Nodora.

How much does the creator receive?

Standard creators receive 20% of the gift. Creators with active Nodora Plus receive 25%. The share is paid in the currency selected for the gift. Nodora keeps the remaining 80% or 75% to support platform operation.

Bits rewards remain spendable inside Nodora. A creator’s USDC payout is a separate on-chain transfer; it does not turn their Bits balance into withdrawable money.

Plus and avatars

Personal Plus can be purchased as an automatically renewing Stripe subscription for US$5 per month, or as a separate 5-Bit purchase for 30 days. Active Plus also provides an ad-free Home feed, hiding sponsored cards and paid launch placements there. Community posts and news remain available. Only the monthly Stripe subscription charges automatically. Cancel through billing settings; access from a successfully paid period continues until that period ends.

Premium avatar outfits cost 3 Bits or 3 USDC; Deluxe outfits cost 10 Bits or 10 USDC. An outfit permanently unlocks its available parts and included effect. Standard avatar parts are free.

Check before paying

Review the item, amount, payment currency and creator details before approving. Self-gifts are prevented. If a top-up is refunded or disputed, associated Bits can be deducted or held. Credits already spent can leave a negative balance that must be replenished before further spending.

Blockchain transactions cannot be automatically reversed by Nodora. Contact support for payment mistakes and read the full payment terms. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. The whitepaper separates current rules from future platform plans.
